FOR A BLISSFUL LONG LIFE

  1. walking or jogging for 20-50 minutes each day to energize the body
  2. deep breathing gently and slowly without jerks or pauses
  3. clapping for 15 minutes to help control the blood pressure and tune up the heart
  4. smiling, laughing, thundering, to dissolve blockages in the nerves
  5. balanced light diet
  6. fasting at least once monthly
  7. to make oneness with the egoless nature
  8. to make time to hear divine music, classical music, to hear and chant spiritually charged music
  9. to smell mild perfume charged with holy mantra
  10. natural, deep sleep
  11. to connect with and receive the grace and favor a pure soul
  12. to expose and undo unnatural fears and suppressed desires
  13. complete relaxation, quiet emotions, and unwavering mind

Remember that to remove the impurities of the gross, subtle and causal body, deep meditation is required:

Healing meditation, self-observing meditation, self uplifting meditation, stateless state meditation.
